Mailchimp participates in and has certified its compliance to the Privacy Shield framework that is deemed to meet “general adequacy” obligations.  The only data that may be transferred is name, company, email address and telephone number.

We may also gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
